FRIENDA provides self-serve document templates as a convenience. The templates are drafted to a professional standard, but they are general forms — not legal advice, and not a substitute for a licensed attorney.

FRIENDA is not a law firm, does not practice law, and does not provide legal services. Using FRIENDA — including selecting, filling in, sending, or signing a template — does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and FRIENDA or anyone associated with it, and nothing in a template or in this Service should be relied on as legal advice for your particular situation.
No warranty of fitness
The templates are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or legal sufficiency. FRIENDA does not warrant that any template is complete, current, suitable for your transaction, or valid or enforceable under the laws of your state, your country, or any jurisdiction. Laws differ by jurisdiction and change over time, and a template that is appropriate for one person, deal, or place may be inappropriate for another.
Your responsibility
You — not FRIENDA — are solely responsible for choosing the right template; for reviewing, verifying, and editing it so that it fits your facts and complies with all laws that apply to you; for confirming that every term is accurate and appropriate; and for the legal effect of any document you create, send, or sign. You are responsible for confirming that your intended use is lawful and is not one of the categories for which electronic signatures are excluded by law (for example, wills, certain family-law matters, court documents, and certain statutory notices). You should obtain advice from a licensed attorney in the relevant jurisdiction before relying on any template, especially for high-stakes or unusual matters.
Allocation of responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FRIENDA is not liable for any loss or damage arising out of or relating to your use of, or reliance on, any template, and you assume full responsibility for that use. If any part of this disclaimer is held unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply.
1. ひな形であり、法的助言ではありません
FRIENDA が提供する契約書テンプレートは、一般的な参考用のひな形（書式）です。これらは一般的な情報提供を目的とするものであり、特定の事案に対する法的助言ではありません。FRIENDA は弁護士事務所ではなく、テンプレートの提供によって利用者との間に委任関係（弁護士・依頼者関係）は生じません。
2. 個別の法的助言ではありません（弁護士法第72条）
弁護士法（昭和24年法律第205号）第72条は、弁護士でない者が、報酬を得る目的で業として個別の法律事務を取り扱うことを禁じています。FRIENDA はこの規律を尊重し、個別の事情に応じた助言・判断は行いません。テンプレートは画一的な書式であり、利用者の具体的事情に合わせて選定・調整するものではありません。
3. 適合性の確認は利用者の責任です
各テンプレートが利用者の目的・取引・準拠法・業種・相手方との関係に適合するかどうかは、利用者ご自身が、ご自身の責任において確認するものとします。法令は改正され、事案ごとに必要な条項は異なります。利用者は、使用前に内容を読み、必要に応じて修正する責任を負います。
4. FRIENDA は適合性・有効性を保証しません
FRIENDA は、テンプレートが特定の目的に適合すること、有効であること、執行可能であること、又は最新の法令に適合していることを、明示・黙示を問わず一切保証しません。テンプレートの使用又は使用不能から生じる結果について、FRIENDA は法令上許容される最大限の範囲で責任を負いません。
